Returns & Refunds

We do not have to provide the return in case if you changed your mind about your purchase. Please, choose your purchase mindfully.

Please, always check the measurements of your child’s feet and make sure you have chosen the right size.

All our footwear are made of natural materials and might have natural minor imperfections due to their nature such as minor marks on the suede leather, nubuck leather, and genuine leather. Some of the models have manual labor involved during the manufacturing process. We do not have to provide the return in case of minor imperfections due to the nature of materials and the manufacturing process, which do not affect the general quality and functionality. However, we do guaranty all our footwear meets the highest European standards of quality.

In case of the faulty product, Little Globus will meet all our responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

RETURNS

Little Globus offers paid returns to all customers. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels. The receipt of the purchase or other proves of the purchase must be provided.

To complete your return, please email us to sales@littleglobus.co.nz to receive clear instructions. Please note we don’t pay or refund the cost of return shipping.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you by email or by phone. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
